Surviving the Holidays

For many the holidays are a joyous time, yet for those struggling with grief holidays may only serve to deepen the pain and sense of loss. We are pleased to offer Surviving the Holidays as a way of helping with this struggle. Through mutual support, video content, and sharing and discussion; we trust that you will gain a more hopeful perspective, find useful tools for coping with grief, and be strengthened and comforted by joining with others on the same journey and realizing you are not alone. Along with this 2 hour session, we will be starting a 13 week GriefShare group early in 2024.
